Managing Project Exceptions
Bizini Tutorial Video - Create and Track Risk Issues and Bugs
In the fourth of our Bizini Project tutorial videos we show you how to use the Bizini Project Application to create and track a new project exception. Within the application, Bizini Project classifies all types of exception, risks, issues, change and bugs etc. as Issues.
In creating the exception, you will learn amongst other things, how to create the exception, define the type of exception for example risk, issue, bug etc. set priority of the exception, allocate it to the appropriate Project Phase, provide a description of the exception and allocate it to a member of the team for action.
In tracking the exception, the video will teach you what information is easily available from which view, how to navigate between views, and how to update the status and priority of the exception. You will also learn how to use the social features of Bizini Project to add and remove followers of the exception, update the message log and also push automatic notifications to the people following it and define which events trigger those notifications.
The video also illustrates how to create ad hoc queries and save them for future use, append then to personal dashboards in a tabular or graphical format or export the data generated for use in external applications such as excel for use in external reports.
The video is available now on the Bizini Blog or from our You Tube Channel.
